Information we collect

Pacific Air Flight School, LLC (“we,” “us”) collects the information you submit through this site — your name, email address, phone number, and your questionnaire answers. We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring ad or campaign identifiers (see “Cookies & tracking” below).

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry about flight training, recommend a training path, contact you about your inquiry (by email, phone, and — only if you gave consent — text message), schedule discovery flights and consultations, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS opt-in & text messaging

Text messaging is strictly opt-in. You are only enrolled if you check the consent box(es) on our contact form: one for non-marketing service messages (replies to your inquiry, appointment and discovery-flight reminders, account updates) and one for marketing messages (program information, offers, and updates from Pacific Air Flight School, LLC). Checking either box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. We record what you consented to and when.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.

Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage keeps the questionnaire working and remembers your progress. The site may also use analytics tools and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising; these may set cookies or collect device identifiers, IP address, and page-interaction data.

You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from submitting the form or receiving a reply, though resuming the questionnaire may not work. We do not use cookie or tracking data to send text messages, and we do not use it to share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing.

Data security

Information you submit is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled systems operated by us and our service providers. Access is limited to the staff and vendors who need it to respond to your inquiry, and our vendors are bound by contract to protect it.

We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you, to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and to prove that consent was given — then we delete or anonymise them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Your rights & choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You may also contact us at any time to review, update, or correct your information, to request that we delete it, or to withdraw consent — email jason@pacificairflightschool.com or call 866-600-9595 and we will honor your request as required by applicable law.
